I received a Tommy Bahama watch as a special present from my wife a number of years ago. Unfortunately the date feature stopped working and I had difficulty changing the time. I sent the watch to Times Ticking as described on their website and got an immediate response.
As it turns out the watch had been discontinued and Tommy Bahama no longer makes their own watches. Times Ticking gave me a quote and time frame to obtain a new movement and completely restore, seal and depth test the watch. They met all aspects of the quote and I had my restored watch back within a few weeks. Most importantly they were incredibly helpful and courteous and kept me informed every step along the way. After they mailed the repaired watch they even called to be sure I did receive it.
I recommend them wholeheartedly.
